This early exposure helped me understand not just the principles of design, but how ideas are physically transformed into tangible products.
Starting as a Production Executive, I spent two years mastering the technical complexities of production. My dedication ultimately led to a promotion as Production Manager, a role I held for three years.
This phase profoundly shaped my leadership mindset and foundational operational expertise.
Seeking a broader perspective, I transitioned into Sales & Marketing. Building strong relationships with pharmaceutical and FMCG companies gave me deep insights into specific client needs.
Working closely with clients, I regularly contributed to product development, dummy creation, and modern conceptual designs.
Driven by a clear vision to deliver high-quality, innovative, and deeply reliable solutions, I founded Rafa Print Pack.
